GameValues Ltd does not verify ownership or rights to assets being sold and cannot guarantee that they do not violate the rules of a specific game, licence agreements or third-party rights.

This Legal Notice, as well as all legal relations between users and GameValues Ltd, are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.

All disputes, claims and disagreements arising in connection with the use of https://rmt.games, the conclusion, performance or breach of transactions between users, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Users acknowledge and agree that: the applicable law is determined exclusively by the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus, regardless of the place of residence, citizenship or location of the parties; the consideration of disputes in the courts of other countries is not permitted.

In the event of a discrepancy between the Russian-language and English-language versions of this document, the English version published on the RMT.games website shall prevail.
