Terms and Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://rmt.games, owned by GameValues Ltd, registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (registration number HE 481905, address: Korinhtou, 12A, 4005 Limassol, Cyprus).

1.2 By using the website, registering an account or conducting any transaction on the platform, the user (hereinafter — the "User") confirms that they have read these Terms, fully accept them and undertake to comply with them.

1.3 If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must immediately cease using the website.

2.1 RMT.games is an independent online platform (P2P marketplace) that provides users with a secure, transparent and technologically advanced environment for buying, selling, exchanging and promoting digital gaming assets, including accounts, in-game items, currencies and gaming services.

2.2 GameValues Ltd acts exclusively as a technological intermediary (aggregator), facilitating user interaction and protecting transactions using internal tools. The Company is not a party to transactions conducted between users and does not buy, sell, accept, hold or manage any digital assets.

2.3 All transactions are conducted directly between users, who independently determine the terms, price, volume and form of asset transfer. GameValues Ltd does not guarantee the outcome of a transaction but provides services aimed at enhancing its security, including:

• an arbitration system for dispute resolution;

• a transaction protection system (escrow) for the secure holding of funds until both parties confirm that the transaction terms have been fulfilled;

• verification tools, a rating system and a review system;

• technical support available to users during a transaction.

2.4 GameValues Ltd does not hold or process gaming items, accounts or currencies, and does not acquire ownership rights over them. All digital assets mentioned on the platform belong to users or their lawful rights holders.

2.5 By using the platform, the User acknowledges that the RMT.games website is an information technology service that provides infrastructure for participant interaction but does not act as a guarantor, surety or trustee within the meaning of payment or brokerage services legislation.

3.1 To use the service, the User must complete the registration procedure and create a personal account on the platform at https://rmt.games. Registration is a prerequisite for access to the website's functionality, including listing items, participating in transactions and using the wallet.

3.2 Upon registration, the User must provide accurate, current and complete information. GameValues Ltd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or delete accounts if the information provided is false, misleading or in violation of applicable law.

3.3 The User bears full responsibility for keeping their credentials secure, including their login, password and email access. Transfer of credentials to third parties is prohibited. All actions taken using the account are deemed to have been carried out by the User themselves.

3.4 GameValues Ltd is not liable for unauthorised access to an account resulting from the User's fault, including cases of password loss, hacking, credential sharing or negligent use of devices and email.

3.5 By completing registration or using the website, the User confirms that they:

• have read all documents published on the platform, including the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy;

• fully and unconditionally accept their terms;

• consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;

• understand that they bear full responsibility for all actions taken from their account.

3.6 By continuing to use the platform after registration, the User thereby re-confirms their agreement with all current terms, including updates and amendments published on the RMT.games website.

4.1 By using the platform at https://rmt.games, the User undertakes to act in good faith and strictly comply with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus, international legal standards and these Terms.

4.2 The User undertakes to:

• use the platform exclusively for lawful, honest and transparent purposes;

• not list, offer or transfer illegal, stolen, counterfeit, harmful or rights-infringing assets;

• not participate in fraudulent schemes, phishing, deception, payment manipulation, money laundering or other illegal operations;

• not publish content that infringes copyright, trade secrets, personal data or the reputation of others;

• comply with the rules of specific games, in-game economies, publisher terms and rights holder licence agreements;

• not use the platform to circumvent restrictions, regional blocks or bans imposed by game publishers.

4.3 The User bears full responsibility for:

• the lawful origin of all digital assets listed by them for sale or exchange;

• the right to dispose of such assets and the absence of third-party rights infringement;

• the compliance of their actions with legal requirements, platform rules and principles of fair trading.

4.4 GameValues Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, illegal content and abuse. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

• temporarily restrict, suspend or permanently block the User's account;

• remove or cancel any active listings and transactions;

• refuse service if the User's actions pose a threat to platform security or violate applicable law.

4.5 If signs of fraud, illegal operations, deception or rule circumvention are detected, GameValues Ltd reserves the right to transfer relevant information to competent authorities, payment systems, game publishers and security partners.

4.6 Violation of these rules may result in the permanent blocking of the account and loss of access to funds held on the platform, without compensation.

5.1 All transactions on the RMT.games platform are conducted directly between users and are carried out at their own risk. GameValues Ltd is not a party to such transactions and does not act as a seller, buyer, intermediary, guarantor or trustee of assets.

5.2 To enhance security and trust between users, the platform uses an escrow system — the temporary holding of funds until both parties confirm the successful fulfilment of the transaction terms. Escrow provides additional protection for participants but is not a banking service or financial guarantee within the meaning of payment services legislation.

5.3 Upon the buyer's confirmation of transaction completion, funds are automatically transferred to the seller, less the platform commission and any payment provider fees. If the buyer does not confirm the transaction within the prescribed period, the platform may complete it automatically in accordance with internal rules.

5.4 In the event of a dispute between users, GameValues Ltd may act as an independent arbitrator, reviewing the situation based on the data provided, screenshots, correspondence records and other evidence.

5.5 Decisions made by GameValues Ltd following arbitration review are final and binding on the parties to the transaction. The Company reserves the right to partially or fully refund, withhold or transfer funds depending on the circumstances of the case.

5.6 GameValues Ltd reserves the right to decline participation in arbitration if the dispute falls outside the platform's rules, lacks an evidential basis or exceeds the Company's technical competence.

5.7 All financial operations conducted on the platform are recorded in the system to ensure transparency and the possible provision of data to competent authorities where necessary.

6.1 GameValues Ltd charges a fee for use of the platform, including balance top-ups, withdrawals, payment processing, as well as the provision of additional features and services aimed at ensuring transaction security and convenience.

6.2 The amount and structure of fees are indicated on the website and may be changed at the Company's discretion with prior notice to users. The total platform commission shall never exceed 20% of the transaction amount.

6.3 At the time of publication of these Terms:

• the standard platform commission amounts to up to 5%;

• the commission is charged on top-ups and withdrawals;

• in some games and transaction categories, the commission may not apply and amounts to 0%.

6.4 Payments processed through third-party payment providers may be subject to additional fees set by the provider. GameValues Ltd is not responsible for fees charged by external payment systems.

6.5 All fees are deducted automatically when an operation is processed (top-up, withdrawal or transaction completion). The actual fee amount is always displayed to the user before the operation is confirmed.

6.6 Users are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties and mandatory charges related to their activities on the platform.

7.1 GameValues Ltd provides the website https://rmt.games and all associated services "as is", without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of availability, uninterrupted operation, security, fitness for users' specific purposes or compatibility with any programmes, devices or games.

7.2 The User confirms that they use the platform and its functionality at their own risk, acknowledging that the Company cannot control the actions of other users, game developers, publishers or payment providers.

7.3 GameValues Ltd is not liable for:

• the origin, authenticity, quality, safety, legality or conformity of any digital assets listed by users;

• account blocks, temporary or permanent sanctions by game publishers and studios resulting from transactions or asset use;

• losses incurred by users as a result of actions or omissions of other platform participants;

• technical failures, website errors, connectivity interruptions, transaction delays or other circumstances beyond the Company's control;

• consequences of third-party actions, including payment systems, partners and service providers.

7.4 GameValues Ltd does not compensate for losses (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or ancillary losses) incurred by users as a result of transactions, disputes or errors, except where harm was caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the Company.

7.5 The Company is not liable for lost profits, data loss, reputational damage, failed transactions, blocked assets or other intangible consequences of using the platform.

7.6 In the event of disputes, GameValues Ltd reserves the right to make decisions on compensation, blocks or restrictions at its sole discretion, guided by internal rules and principles of good faith.

8.1 GameValues Ltd reserves the right at any time to restrict, suspend or fully delete a User's account if:

• these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy or other platform rules have been violated;

• there are signs of fraud, money laundering, deception, circumvention of restrictions or other illegal activities;

• use of false information, forged documents or attempts to manipulate the security system have been identified;

• the account poses a threat to other users, the platform's reputation or its infrastructure.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to block or delete an account without prior notice if necessary to protect user rights, prevent illegal actions or ensure system integrity.

8.3 Upon account deletion or blocking, all active transactions, listings and balance operations may be suspended, cancelled or annulled without compensation if they are connected with violations or potential risks.

8.4 GameValues Ltd reserves the right to withhold or temporarily freeze funds on the User's balance pending the completion of a review or investigation related to suspected rule violations.

8.5 In cases of serious or repeated violations, GameValues Ltd reserves the right to permanently block the User's access to the platform with no right of account restoration.

8.6 The Company is not obliged to disclose the details of internal investigations, anti-fraud system algorithms or the specific reasons for a block, if doing so could affect platform security or compromise the confidentiality of other users.

9.1 GameValues Ltd reserves the right at any time to amend, supplement or update these Terms and Conditions, as well as related documents, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and other platform rules.

9.2 All amendments take effect upon their publication on the official website https://rmt.games, unless otherwise expressly stated in the notification.

9.3 GameValues Ltd is not obliged to notify each user personally of amendments made. Publication of the updated version of the Terms on the website constitutes proper notification for all platform users.

9.4 The User undertakes to independently and regularly review the current version of the Terms. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect signifies the User's full confirmation of their agreement with the new version of the Terms.

9.5 If the User does not agree with the amendments made, they must cease using the platform and delete their account.

10.1 These Terms, as well as all relations arising between GameValues Ltd and platform Users, are governed exclusively by the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus, without application of conflict-of-law rules of private international law.

10.2 The territory of the Republic of Cyprus is recognised as the place of performance of all obligations and resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the use of the platform at https://rmt.games.

10.3 All claims, disputes and disagreements arising between the User and GameValues Ltd are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus. Recourse to the courts of other states is excluded.

10.4 In the event of a discrepancy between the Russian-language and English-language versions of this document, the English version published on the RMT.games website shall prevail.
