The data controller is GameValues Ltd, registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (registration number HE 481905, registered address: Korinhtou, 12A, 4005 Limassol, Cyprus).
In this Policy, the terms "RMT.games", "we", "us" and "our company" refer to GameValues Ltd.

2. Data We Collect

12. KYC and Identity Verification (Know Your Customer)
12.1 In order to ensure user security, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and sanctions law, GameValues Ltd may conduct user identification procedures (KYC).
12.2 As part of the KYC verification, the Company may request from the User:
• identity document (passport, ID card or driver's licence);
• proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, registration certificate);
• where necessary — additional information confirming the source of funds or the economic purpose of using the platform.
12.3 All data provided as part of the KYC procedure is processed strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018. Such data is stored in encrypted form and is accessible only to authorised company employees and partners involved in KYC processes.
12.4 By undergoing identification, the User consents to the processing, storage and verification of their data for security and legal compliance purposes. Refusal to complete the KYC verification may result in the restriction or blocking of account functions, including top-ups and withdrawals.
13. Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)
13.1 GameValues Ltd is committed to a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering, terrorist financing and other forms of illegal financial activity. The Company operates in compliance with the requirements of:
• Directive (EU) 2018/843 (AMLD5),
• The Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law of the Republic of Cyprus (Law 188(I)/2007),
• and other applicable international standards.
13.2 In fulfilling its AML obligations, the Company:
• analyses suspicious transactions and user activity;
• uses internal algorithms to detect fraudulent schemes, multi-accounts and rule circumvention;
• reserves the right to temporarily suspend transactions or block accounts if illegal operations are suspected;
• is obliged to report suspicious activities to the competent authorities of the Republic of Cyprus and the EU where required by law.
13.3 All users undertake to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information upon registration, top-up, trading and withdrawal.
13.4 GameValues Ltd reserves the right to refuse services, suspend or terminate service without explanation if a user's actions violate the AML policy or raise reasonable suspicion.
