Important information
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital goods are non-refundable once access has been granted. Refunds are possible only through the arbitration system in cases of proven breaches of transaction terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1 This Refund Policy governs the procedure for refunding funds to users of the platform https://rmt.games, operated by GameValues Ltd (registration number HE 481905, registered address: Korinhtou, 12A, 4005 Limassol, Cyprus).
1.2 GameValues Ltd provides users with access to a P2P platform where transactions are conducted directly between users. The Company acts solely as a technological intermediary and is not a party to any transaction, neither as a seller nor as a buyer.
1.3 Since transactions are conducted between users, all payments and refunds are governed by the internal escrow system and this Policy.
2. Refunds for Digital Goods
2.1 In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Cyprus, digital goods and services received by a user under a transaction are non-refundable if:
• the user has obtained access to digital content or an asset;
• the goods or services were successfully delivered or activated;
• the user confirmed completion of the transaction.
2.2 Once a transaction has been confirmed, refunds are not possible, except in cases of technical error or fraud proven through GameValues Ltd arbitration.
3. Transaction Cancellation and Escrow Refunds
3.1 If a transaction has not been confirmed by both parties, funds remain in the escrow account until the matter is resolved.
3.2 A refund is possible in the following cases:
• the transaction was cancelled by both parties by mutual consent;
• the buyer provided evidence of the seller's failure to fulfil the transaction;
• GameValues Ltd rendered a decision in favour of a refund during arbitration.
3.3 In the event of a refund, funds are credited to the user's internal balance within up to 10 business days from the date the cancellation decision is confirmed.
4. Refunds for Errors and Technical Issues
4.1 If a duplicate payment, incorrect charge or technical failure occurred during a transaction, the user may submit a refund request to GameValues Ltd support within 14 days of the operation.
4.2 A refund is processed only after the information has been verified and the error has been confirmed by the payment provider.
5. Fees and Charges
5.1 Fees for balance top-ups, withdrawals, currency conversion and payment operations are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error.
5.2 In the event of a refund, all third-party fees (bank, provider, crypto payment gateway) are deducted from the refund amount.
6. Arbitration and Disputes
6.1 In the event of a dispute, the User may submit a request through the platform's internal arbitration system.
6.2 Decisions made by GameValues Ltd following arbitration review are final and binding on the parties to the transaction.
